Louvered Aluminum for Outdoor Privacy & Design
Our aluminum louvered panels aren't limited to windows. They can also be incorporated into freestanding privacy walls, fences, pool enclosures, equipment screens, and gates. The louvers provide privacy while still allowing airflow, making them a great option for outdoor areas where a solid wall or fence may feel too enclosed. Panels can be fabricated using our Fixed Louver Shutters or with our 2" or 4" Operable Louver Shutters and are available in a wide selection of powder-coated colors. These applications are designed for privacy and architectural appeal and are not hurricane rated or tested for storm protection, unless an engineer is retained to create the design.

Our installation methods have been developed and refined through decades of experience installing hurricane shutters throughout South Louisiana. Every privacy wall, equipment enclosure, door and gate is custom designed for its specific application using construction techniques unique to Nu Code Shutters.
Privacy and screening, not storm protection
Shutter walls, fences, and gates are built for privacy, screening, and appearance. They are not hurricane rated and have not been tested for storm protection. If you need protection for an opening, we will recommend a tested system instead.
Custom Aluminum Gates & Doors
Our custom aluminum gates are a great option for yard entrances, equipment enclosures, pool areas, and other outdoor spaces where privacy and access are needed. Gates and Doors can be fabricated with fixed or operable louver panels and designed to coordinate with adjoining shutter walls, fencing, or existing features. A variety of handle and latch options are available depending on the application, including exterior-style door hardware, gate latches, and pool-area gate hardware.
