Nu Code's Buckle & Strap Fabric Hurricane Protection System is designed primarily for larger openings such as patios, covered outdoor living areas, entryways, carports, garages, and other areas that can be difficult or impractical to protect with traditional hurricane shutters or storm panels. Lightweight, transparent, and custom-manufactured for each opening, the high-strength fabric screen is secured and tensioned with heavy-duty straps to provide tested hurricane protection from windborne debris. When the storm has passed, the screen can be removed, folded, and stored until it's needed again.

Built for Large Openings
Buckle & Strap Hurricane Screens are ideal for protecting large openings such as patios, covered outdoor living areas, garages, carports, entryways, and storefronts. Each screen is custom-manufactured for the opening, allowing large areas to be protected with a single lightweight fabric screen instead of multiple storm panels.
Quick & Simple Deployment
Heavy-duty straps and buckles are permanently attached to the screen, making deployment quick and straightforward. Once the screen is secured to the mounting studs and eye bolts, the straps are tightened to evenly tension the fabric across the opening, providing dependable hurricane protection.
Compact Storage
After the storm, simply remove the screen, fold it, and store it in the included storage bag until it's needed again. The straps remain attached to the screen, while removable hardware, such as eye bolts, can be stored with the screen so everything needed for deployment stays together between hurricane seasons.
